No upfront fees are required when you utilize our services. We only receive payment if we successfully secure compensation for you. Our fees are deducted from the compensation awarded to you by the airline. Below is a basic overview of our pricing policy. Standard Fee
If we claim your compensation without the need to take the airline to court, we charge a fee of 30% (VAT included) from the amount sent from the airline. Here is an example:

Litigation Fee
If the airline persists in refusing to pay your rightfully owed compensation despite our repeated efforts to obtain it directly from them, lodging complaints with government agencies, and resorting to arbitration, it becomes necessary to pursue legal action against the airline.
We always notify customers via email in advance, informing them of our intention to initiate legal proceedings against the airline.
Should we succeed in securing your compensation following legal action, we charge an additional litigation fee of 15% (inclusive of VAT) from the amount awarded in court or settled in an out-of-court agreement resulting from legal action, in addition to the standard fee. This fee is a reflection of our efforts in drafting legal documents, gathering relevant evidence, engaging legal experts in the pertinent jurisdiction for your claim, and ensuring representation by our attorneys in court.
However, regardless of whether legal action is pursued, you are never required to pay any fees unless we successfully claim compensation on your behalf.
Payment Method
Upon receipt of your compensation from the airline, we will reach out to you to obtain your banking information. Once we have received your banking details, we will proceed to transfer the agreed portion of the compensation to you via electronic bank transfer.All transfers are made in GBP. We work hard to ensure the best banking transfer fees for our clients. Please note that any expenses related to the transfer shall be borne by the client.
