We will retain your Personal Data for a duration of 5 years from your last account access.If you utilize the services of http://www.claimsfile.co.uk to determine your eligibility for compensation regarding a specific flight, the details you provide will be stored and processed in anonymized form. This data may solely be used for statistical purposes and performance analysis of Claims File.
